I decided that the next time I have the need to create a new network protocol (HTTP, FTP, etc.), I’m going to call it MPB. That does that stand for, you ask? Well, those are my initials and it also stands for “Matt’s Protocol, Bitch.”
I see widespread use of this new protocol in the future.
Update: I guess I should explain where this seemingly random post came from.
I’ve been thinking about making a media manager-esque application so i was looking into the Audioscrobbler protocol used to submit played songs to last.fm which they boringly named Audioscrobbler Protocol.
